Primary responsibilities include processing regular payroll, conducting background checks, managing E-Verify employment verification, and processing employee applications. She also administers unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and oversees wage garnishment proceedings while ensuring compliance with related regulations.

James serves as the key liaison between contract officers, Choice Services, and operational teams. He ensures compliance with contracts, safety protocols, and regulatory standards while overseeing contract management, health and safety readiness, and workers’ compensation processes. He also leads employee engagement initiatives and supports talent acquisition and training efforts.

She plays a key role in securing and managing contracts while fostering a strong, skilled workforce. Her leadership includes strategic hiring, training initiatives, and professional growth programs to enhance team performance. By developing policies and best practices, she helps ensure the long-term success of both employees and company operations.

Kaylee oversees all aspects of the company’s financial transactions, including billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. She also pays close attention to detail and organization, by keeping our financial records up to date and support smooth day-to-day business operations. Kaylee is also in charge of booking flights, and lodgings for our traveling and corporate staff.
